Little Wolves Logo
The Little Wolves logo is used for Champions Skating Center Learn To Play Hockey program. The Little Wolves Learn to Play Hockey Program introduces players to shooting, passing, stickhandling, and other fundamental skills of hockey. The Hartford Junior Wolf Pack are the main team that skates out of the rink. We chose Little Wolves as the name because we want it to represent a stepping stone towards joining the actual teams. Our goal was to have a cute-looking wolf that still shows and represents the grit of hockey.
Version 1
For the first version, I wanted to try the concept of a circle logo again. After reviewing with my team we decided that the colors need to be brighter so it seems more inviting and fun. We also felt that the wolf looks too much like a husky and feel it should be more representative of a baby wolf.
Variation 2
For the next versions, we solidified a baby wolf that we wanted to use. For different variations, I tried using different colors within the helmet and different places for “Little Wolves”.
